1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the WakeHook mobile application ("Application") or visiting wakehook.app ("Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

2. Not Financial or Investment Advice

WakeHook is an alert notification utility software designed to receive webhook requests and play an audible alarm. WakeHook, its creators, and affiliates are not financial advisors, registered broker-dealers, or investment intermediaries. The Application does not execute trades or provide financial recommendations. All trading decisions, chart analyses, and risk management strategies are solely your responsibility.

3. Nature of Alert Delivery & Reliability

WakeHook relies upon third-party services and network infrastructure to function, including:

• Webhook triggers dispatched by third-party platforms (such as TradingView, TrendSpider, Grafana, or your servers).
• Internet connectivity, cellular data networks, Wi-Fi coverage, and relay infrastructure (such as ntfy.sh or custom relays).
• Android device operating system settings (battery saver modes, OEM background task killing, volume settings, Do Not Disturb exemptions).

We cannot guarantee 100% uptime, immediate latency-free delivery, or receipt under all operational conditions. You should not rely solely on WakeHook for life-critical, medical, or catastrophic risk management.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain appropriate device configurations (such as excluding WakeHook from OEM battery optimization) to ensure alerts are received reliably.
• Keep your webhook endpoint URLs and private topics confidential to prevent unauthorized alerts from being dispatched to your device.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall WakeHook or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, liquidation events, missed entry/exit points, or data loss—arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.

6. Third-Party Trademarks

TradingView, TrendSpider, Uptime Kuma, Grafana, and Android are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. WakeHook is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by TradingView or any other third-party platform mentioned.
